Cluster and Node Management ​
Fleets of devices are managed within the Experience Manager as Clusters and Nodes. Nodes run an Agent such as the Experience Agent or BrightAgent that add capabilities to a device such as application delivery, device profiling, remote control and network/connected device control (using the Control Gateway).
Clusters ​
Nodes are grouped into logical Clusters such as Gallery, Exhibition or Building. Clusters allow for segmenting Nodes for different schedules, searchability or control of Nodes by Group.
Nodes ​
A Node is a device running an Agent such as the Experience Agent or BrightAgent. Once the Experience Agent is installed, the Node may be controlled to launch applications, cache and serve content, play file playlists or serve webpages or web apps.
Additionally, Nodes reunning the Experience Agent may be nominated act as a Control Gateway for Show Control.
